Not every decoration panel is built for every space. Some are optimized for clean, climate-controlled interiors. Others are engineered to survive the sun, rain, and wind outside. And then there are the true all-rounders—panels that deliver performance across both environments.
At Ecoplastic, we offer a wide selection of PVC boards for decoration, including hybrid, foamed, laminated, and co-extruded materials. But knowing where each board performs best? That’s what turns a good project into a lasting one.
Let’s walk through it, category by category.
These panels are your safest bet when durability and versatility are a must. They’re built to handle moisture, temperature shifts, and in some cases, even full UV exposure.
Co-Extruded PVC Foam Board
Designed with a high-density PVC core and a protective outer skin, this board resists UV, impact, and moisture without cracking or fading. Excellent dimensional stability.
Best for:
Exterior facades
Storefront signage
Washroom interiors
Balcony ceilings
WPC Celuka Foam Board
Wood-Plastic Composite with Celuka surface—combines rigidity with natural texture and superior screw-holding power. High resistance to swelling or rot.
Used in:
Outdoor furniture frames
Garden wall paneling
Spa or poolside cabinetry
Decorative dividers exposed to sunlight
PVC Celuka Foam Board
This board’s skin-core structure and closed-cell foam give it durability in high-humidity zones and indirect outdoor settings. With higher densities (≥0.55 g/cm³), it performs well across transitional spaces.
Applications:
Kitchens, bathrooms
Storage units
Commercial interiors
Covered outdoor corridors
PVC Free Foam Board
Lightweight, water-resistant, and corrosion-proof. A workhorse for outdoor signs, washroom partitions, and cabinet panels.
Why it works:
Easy to fabricate
Long-term weather resistance
Reliable in both dry and humid environments
Acrylic Sheet (PMMA)
Glass-clear, UV-resistant, and impact-stable—acrylic panels are used in both illuminated outdoor signage and premium interior display systems.
Note:
For outdoor use, thickness matters. Choose ≥4mm for durability in high-wind or exposed zones.
These decoration boards offer good performance indoors, and may be used in protected outdoor settings like balconies, tents, or pop-up structures—but not for long-term direct exposure.
PVC Wall Panel
Lightweight, waterproof, and easy to install. Ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms. Can be used outdoors only if protected from direct sunlight and rain.
Why limited:
May yellow or become brittle under UV over time
Great in shade, risky in open air
These panels are designed with specific indoor comfort and aesthetics in mind. They offer decorative appeal and functional benefits, but lack the structural or UV protection needed for outdoor environments.
WPC Wall Panel (Wood-Plastic Composite Wall Cladding)
Used mainly for decorative indoor walls, ceilings, or dividers. Has mild moisture resistance but degrades under rain or sunlight.
Best for:
Living rooms
Hotel interiors
Office partitions
Bamboo Charcoal Board
Known for its air-purifying properties and VOC absorption, this panel is perfect for bedrooms and lounges—but is not waterproof or sun-resistant.
Ideal zones:
Bedrooms
Home offices
Health clinics
UV Marble Sheet
PVC or SPC core with a UV-cured surface. Stunning visuals, but prone to scratching and color shift under sunlight. Best used on interior feature walls or bathroom cladding.
Limitations:
Not built for structural exposure
Sensitive to long-term heat and moisture outside
At Ecoplastic, we test and tailor each material to match its real-world use—not just how it looks on a catalog page.
